Sign inLocal Service Rep organizes service work around the customer. Prepare a few reusable business lists, then follow one consistent path for every job.
Keep it simple: You do not need to finish every optional setting before adding your first customer.
Start every workflow in Customers. Enter the customer’s contact and billing information. A primary service location is created from the main address; add more locations for property managers or multi-site customers.
Open a job for the customer, select its service location, describe the work, assign technicians, and schedule it when appropriate.
On the job, add each charge for labor, parts, materials, service fees, or other work. These items become the invoice. A purchased part can optionally be linked to the company expense that recorded its actual cost.
Create the invoice from the job. Review the line items, tax, customer email, and due-date terms. A draft must be issued before payment can be recorded or the secure invoice can be emailed.
Install a convenient Local Service Rep shortcut so you can open your business directly from your device’s Home Screen.
Sign in and open Help → Getting started for a checklist based on the records your business has already created. Beta testers can also use Feedback & guide to report one issue or suggestion at a time.
